Use your tape measure

Grab your tape measure and measure two sizes around your body as shown:
1) Just below your chest
2) Across your chest

With these measurements you determine:
– Your band size is size 1
– Your cup size is the difference between size 1 and 2, use the table for this

The band size and cup size together form your bra size. Now determine your Qup size based on your bra size.

Look in the bra you want to wear your Qups in to see what the size is. Your size consists of two parts:
-the band size, such as 80/90/100
-the cup size, such as cup A/C/G
